Our love story began when James introduced us at a meetup. While we got along, there wasn’t an instant spark, and we didn’t exchange contact details that day, it felt like one of those “what if” moments.
But fate (and a little Instagram sleuthing) had other plans. One of us (care to guess who?) decided to reach out, and from that moment, everything started falling into place. Our casual chats turned into spending more time together, and gradually, we realised just how much we enjoyed being around each other.
We spent a lot of time exploring London together. Trying new food became a shared hobby, especially whenever a new restaurant opened. We made it a habit to share dishes so we could sample as much of the menu as possible and somehow, we always managed to save room for pudding, even after complaining that we were full. We could talk for hours, ending up in deep conversations or laughing until we could barely breathe.
We also loved stumbling across pop-up events and exhibitions, anything we could find. Even if we had no real plan, wandering around London together was just an excuse to make things more exciting and spend time with each other.
Over time, things naturally grew into something real. It wasn’t the kind of big, dramatic love story you see in films, just a genuine connection that kept getting stronger with time. We built it on trust and the simple promise of always being there for each other.
Our story shows that love doesn’t have to be about grand gestures. It’s found in the little moments, the shared laughter, and simply enjoying life side by side.
